How do rock tamers work? Rock Tamers have a center hub that fits directly onto your 2" ball mount. In turn, you simply slide the ball mount into the receiver hitch on your vehicle and your flaps are attached to your vehicle. It really is that easy! So why Rock Tamers? Secondly, Rock Tamers are the only adjustable hitch mount system on the planet. The systems heavy gauge aluminum rods can be adjusted from 66.75" to 93.75" for maximum coverage no matter what vehicle you drive. Finally, Rock Tamers come with strong, durable 24" x 24" rubber mud flaps that are 3/8" think and tear resistant.
